May 30 1915 - March 22 2003

Ella B. Gordon age 87 of Niagara, Wisconsin died Saturday March 22, 2003 at Dickinson County Memorial Hospital in Iron Mountain.

Ella was born on May 30, 1915 in Little River, Wisconsin daughter of the late Gustav and Lena (Zorn) Wagner.

Ella grew up in Little River, Wisconsin and attended school there. She married Edward Gordon Sr. in 1933 in Menominee, Michigan. He preceded her in death on July 18, 2001. After being married they resided in Niagara, Wisconsin from that point on. Ella was a member of Riverside United Methodist Church in Niagara. Ella enjoyed many hobbies including; embroidery, mending, her flower garden, but most of all cooking for her family especially her grandchildren who she loved spending time with playing games and baking her famous bread.

Ella is survived by; Two sons, Edward Jr. (Linda) Gordon of Niagara, WI., Dale (Kathy) Gordon of Edmond, Oklahoma., Four daughters, Lorraine Axenrod of DePere, WI., Suzanne Lundin of Green Bay, WI., Virginia Hallgren of Homestead, WI., Sally (Reginald) Phillips of Niagara, WI., One brother Reuben Wagner of Marinette, WI., One sister Evelyn Diaz of FonDulac, WI., 15 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. Numerous nieces and nephews.

Preceded by; An infant son James Gordon. Three sisters Leona Hyde, Alvina Trepanier, and Mildred Brabant.

Visitation will be Tuesday March 25, 2003 from 9-10:30AM at the Jacobs Funeral Home, Niagara Chapel. Funeral Services will be Tuesday 11AM at Riverside United Methodist Church in Niagara, Wisconsin. Pastor Pat Nolet will officiate. Burial will be in Niagara Cemetery in Niagara, Wisconsin
