Is there a WAGNER descendant, or anyone else, who can help me with a marriage record of Joseph WAGNER and ? DIDERICH, about 1865 in Fond du Lac County, probably in or near Mt. Calvary? This DIEDERICH family belonged to St. Paul Lutheran Church in the town of Forest, but the marriage could also have been at St. Nicholas or Holy Cross in Mt, Calvary. The obituary of Elizabeth DIEDERICH (d. August 2, 1922) lists a living sister, Mrs. Joseph WAGNER. I think this woman is my ggrandmother's sister, but I don't know her given name, or date of birth. The 1880 census of Marshfield Twp. lists my grandfather, Henry FRITZ and his brother, George, as working as farm laborers in the home of Joseph WAGNER. Elizabeth DIEDERICH died in the home of Mrs. John NEIS( Margaret FRITZ) her niece (sister to Henry and George, above). I'd appreciate any leads.
