This may be Cecelia's 2nd husband with a 2nd wife Mary & 2 stepchildren. If this is him, then I would look in Forest County death records for the years 1920 to 1930 for Cecelia Lakomy. I couldn't find her in the Illinois death index. Maybe Andrew gave the Garley children to the grandparents, then went back to Chicago after Cecelia died? Or maybe Cecelia divorced Andrew? So, then she may have died after 1930.
