THE FLANNER-STEGER CO.
The Flanner-Steger Land & Lumber Co.,
of Chicago, was granted a certificate of incorporation
by the secretary of the State of Illinois
last week, with a capital of $25,000. The
officers are: President, G. C. Flanner; vicepresident,
J. V. Steger; second vice-president,
G. H. Fuller; secretary, J. Scott Blackwell;
treasurer, J. Howard McEldowney.
Tt is the purpose of the incorporators to
operate saw mills, market lumber and dispose
of the clearing land for farming purposes. A
tract of 25,000 acres has been purchased in
Forest countv, Wisconsin.
