Marie, this looks like a good match for Andrew in the 1880 census, just a few pages later than his wife/children. It appears that he is living alone:

I am looking for information on the following families:

Andrew J. Greene, b. abt. 1816 in MO or KY, d. 9/11/1899 in Grant Co.,
WI.
( Andrew starts showing up on census records in 1850. Although, I found
a
death record on the Wisconsin Death Index for an Andrew J. Greene which
I
have given the date for above, I am not sure if it is him. He does not
show
up on the 1880 census. (His wife is living with one of their sons,
along
with their three youngest children.))
