Any of you familiar with Nancy Poquette's "The Goodale-Tyrer Family in North America", sponsored and published by the Iowa County (Wisconsin) Historical Society in 2003, know what an excellent piece of research it is.
It is lacking in one respect, however: with no index it can be quite difficult tracking any of the more than 1300 individuals mentioned through its more than 150 pages. Ditto for hundreds more place names.
A number of years ago I indexed Nancy's work for my own use. The index runs to 25 pages, encompassing nearly 2,000 person and place names, and a complete bibliography and repository list.
I've made the index available through the ICHS, or if anyone is interested I'd be happy to email you a copy in either PDF or ODF format.
I've also extracted all the genealogical information in GEDCOM format and will be depositing a copy of that with the ICHS as well, as soon as I've checked it for data entry errors.
