Stagel and Mleziva are both Bohemian (Czech) names. Kewaunee county was indeed a Bohemian settlement. If you check the Family Search.org web page there is a 1930 census
https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/XC9C-PD5 Their daughter Barbara was living with them with her child and was apparently divorced.
While George A. Stangel was born in Wisconsin, he was living in Oregon by at least 1920. His son George was also living in Clackamas, OR at this time with his spouce and son Lewis. https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/M4ZY-W8D
The 1860 census shows George as a 1 year old child in Mishicott, Manitowoc Co, WI https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/MW93-X49, 1870 shows his family
