I am also searching for Sladky information. My mother's great grandmother was Frances Sladky from Bohemia, Czechoslovakia. She married Theodore Cerny. She has also been referred to as Fannie Cerny. Their children were: Elizabeth (Betty), Max and Philomenia (Minnie). They resided in New York City. Any more information would be greatly appreciated.
