I finally got a chance to do some searching at rootsireland.ie - thanks so much for the site and the info! I found an Honor Connor baptized 9/1/1798 in Ballinakill, County Laois, the daughter of Thomas Connor and Margaret Lawlor. She had an older sister Wenifred baptized 5/1/1795. Only other match I found for an Honor Connor born in County Laois between 1780 and 1800 was Honor Maher born 1787 (which was too old for the age given in for Honor/Anna in the 1860 Montello Census, though just a little bit older than the age given in the 1870 census). I am hoping that this is our ggg-gma - what do you think?

I also found a Bernard Gurry in Townparks in Rosenallis Parish in County Laois in Griffith's Valuation. Not sure if he's ours.
