Frank Wojtczak and Veronica Walowski

Surnames: Wojtczak, Walowski, Wojack
I am searching for the names of all 4 children of this couple. Frank was born in 1875 in Poland, died 1959 in Milwaukee. Veronica was born in 1877 in Poland, died 1959 in Milwaukee. Both are buried in St Adalbert Cemetery in Milwaukee.
They lived in Ladysmith at one time, but I can't find any census records, don't know when they moved to Milwaukee.
Three of the chilren were Roman, Lee James and Ann. The name and gender of the 4th child is unknown. Lee James changed his name to Wojack. I would like to have information on Lee's name change.
I also need the names of both Frank and Veronica's parents.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
