Try a slight misspelling of the name you are trying to find or try using a wild card. I found some of my family that way, ie the name Toepfer - put in Toeper - Toefer - etc.
Good luck - Milwaukee can be hard - there don't seem to be that many helpful volunteers willing to do look ups as in other areas.
