Thank you for answering my post. I found the individual listed in the 1940 City Directory, pg. 570 and I also found him at that address in 1942 WWII registration cards. The address housed a business in the building and it had several appartments. I did notice that in the 1940 Fed Census that there was an entire ED listed as VOID.. I am unsure as to how to find our if that is the block I am looking for.
