No Your Mary Hoff and myself are not one and the same. I also received a message from you looking for your anscestors. Edward Joseph, Jacob and martin Hoff. These men do show up on my family records but none of them were married to the ladies mentioned, so can only assume they are not from the same Hoff family line.
