This may be your grandfather Michael's birth
https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/F81N-H2K
Notice that his birth says February 15, but all other records, including his draft say April 15, but it appears to be the same person.

1920 census, not yet married
https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/MNY8-BK4

With his parents, widowed in 1930, with granddaughter, Millicent - says her mother was born in Georgia
https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/S5RM-ST2

Is this your Mom's marriage?
https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/VJJB-J17

In 1935, Millicent is still living with her Rosen grandparents, There is also an Olive Rosen, 13, who is listed as another granddaughter. In 1930 census, Olive is listed as a granddaughter, but I cannot see who she is living with at familysearch, you should be able to see that at Ancestry- perhaps she is living with her maternal grandparents?

Here is the death index listing for Constance OShea, which lists her Mother's maiden name as Capp
http://vitals.rootsweb.ancestry.com/ca/death/search.cgi

Also, it looks like you got some information from another searcher earlier this year- did that lead you to your Mom's marriages?
The most logical place to post would be on the board for Duval County Florida, or Riverside California.
