MISS EMMA WILKE
Miss Emma Wilke, 85, a member of a pioneer Port Washington
family, died here Tuesday mornng at the Abode Nursing Home,
913 N. 6th St., where she had been a patient for the past three years.
She was born at Port Washington Jan. 13, 1878, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Wilke*. She was an office clerk at Batavia,Ohio, and later at Omaha, Neb., until returning to Port Washington in 1948.
She was a member of Frieden's Church Senior Guild and a past
member of the Senior Woman's Club.
Surviving are a brother, William,Port Washington, and nieces
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Frieden's Evangelical and Reformed Church. The Rev. Christopher Boand,pastor, will officiate and burial will be in Port Washington Union Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Poole Funeral Home in Port Washington this evening and at the church from 11:30 a.m. Thursday untilthe time of services.
