I'm tracing my 'Humble' family tree, and have discovered that my John Humble born Durham, England, UK abt 1902 went to Racine WI with his family about 1910.

John was known as Jack Humble and was a lifelong resident of Racine.
He was Mayor of Racine around 1958, 1959, 1960. I am having some difficulty finding any history on this. I am sure there must have been newspaper reports, history of local events which he attended, photographs of him during his time as Mayor.
Can anyone suggest some good sites for me to search for the information I need.
