I am looking for any information on a man named "Joe Consin" and/or his place of business, Little Joe's Place.

I know it was operational in 1931, but I don't know where in Racine it was or if "Consin" is the correct spelling of Joe's name. If someone could check a 1931 or 1932 city directory and find the address of this establishment, and/or where Joe lived, I would be quite grateful.
