Mr. Sheb Webb received the sad intelligence of the death of his half-brother, Willie, a boy of eighteen years, living near Sylvan, Wis. He was fooling with a revolver, which he supposed was unloaded, but proved to have in it one cartridge which was discharged, causing his death.
