Found this death certificate:
Doc#4549 in Rock Co, WI
Rose Mary Hauser born and died april 16, 1914. Father F. C. Hauser Mother Isabel McMahon. Buried in Mt. Olivet. They were living in the 1st Ward of Janesville.

I looked at the Mt. Olivet book at our library and it shows Isabel, no birthdate, also died 1914. I didn't look at the courthouse for Isabel. If you want me to let me know.
