I believe Gilbert was my great granduncle. His Norwegian name was Gulbrand. I know he had a wife Anna and a son Hans (my greatgrandfather's name) but I have not been able to find any trace of him in the States. He was born in 1845 and was still alive in 1910. It makes since that he was in Rock County, since most my grandfather's family relocated in the Stoughton area. They were Norums and Johansens. I'd appreciate any info you may have on "Gilbert", his wife or his son, Hans.
