I am trying to find Andersons in Weyerhauser. Can anyone tell me what township they would have been censused in 1895-1905. I know that in 1895 and 1900 it was still Chippewa Co, but I have been very frustrated trying to find where records for this are might be. My husband's grandfather Guy Eugene Anderson was born in Weyerhauser, Nov 11, 1899. His father was Gustav A. Anderson and mother Calista Rasnick. They married in Weyerhauser about 1887, sometime after the death of Gustav's first wife, name unknown. Gustav immigrated in 1883, from Norway, had a farm in WI and then later worked the railraod. They moved between 1905-1907 to Hubbard Co., MN where he was a section foreman on the railroad. Gustav and first wife had at least two daughters, one named Alma. Very little else is known, and any help to unravel this puzzle would be greatly appreciated. Rita
