Tracey - I hope you get this! We are 2nd cousins, as my great-grandfather was August Friedrich Karl Mielke who died of stomach cancer in Rib Lake 15 Feb 1896, married to Augusta Rojahn. They emigrated from Pomerania in 1892: four children - August (married Bertha Tetzlaff), Martha (married Albert Marschke), Augusta (married Fred Whittie), and my grandma, Alvina (married Fred Krueger).

Your grandparents must be August and Bertha (August also died of stomach cancer - in 1939). Bertha died in 1955.
