Venita M. Terp
Funeral services were held on Monday, Oct. 30 at 7 p.m. at Lyndahl Funeral Home, Green Bay for Venita "Becky" M. Terp, 92, of Green Bay. She died Thursday, Oct. 26 at a Green Bay hospital.
Rev. Scott Malme officiated and burial was at Fort Howard Memorial Park.
Born July 26, 1914 to the late Otto and Clara (Lindeman) Beckendorf in Oconto, she married William Terp in 1941. He preceded her in death in 1972.
She owned and operated Denmark Beauty Shop and also was employed at A Wig Gallery in De Pere, later known as Classic Dimensions.
Survivors include three children. They are, Roseanne Hannan of California, Gerald (Paula) Terp of Howard and Mrs. Thomas (Diane) Jepson of Cecil. She is further survived by eight grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; two sisters-in-law, Betty Berkin of De Pere and Eunce Terp and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by four sisters, Melva (Lovell) O'Grady, Vivian (Richard) Guex, Mildred Beckendorf and Erna (Louis); six brothers-in-law, Henry (Peggy), Robert (Bernice), Woodrow (Marion), Leslie, Harold (Mickey) and Jack (Kay) and two sisters-in-law, Maren (Merle) Crabb and Lucille (Joe) Baeb.
