I'm looking for hometown of my great-great grandfather Blazej 'August' Fanta (1849-1918) in the Czech Republic (Bohemia) without much luck. It's not on his ship arrival record in 1874, not on marriage registration for his second marriage in 1900, not on his naturalization records, not in his land patent file, not on his death registration. He left from Bremerhavn and those departure records were destroyed in WWII.

Does anyone have info or leads on where the Fanta immigrants to Vernon County came from in Bohemia?
