I tried calling the woman I believe is her daughter based on what I read on here. I figured it would be hard to find hardcopies of the book, but certainly worth trying. I did get some stuff off of the microfilm at Latter Day Saints, but I would love anything else you have. I will send you my address in a message. No problem on not answering. I only called because I tried email first and it got bounced back.
