Trying to track down family from old letters. This one was sent to William Polen in New jersey in either 1851 or 1857(hard to read). It is signed Thomas Lewis and William Polen.They are asking for a peck of sweet potatoes to be sent to them, with directions on how to package them, etc.
What follows is a note from the local post master with the address. Whitewater, Walworth Co., Wisconsin attn: Thomas Lewis. I know this is very vague but hoping there is some family of this Polen/Pullen still there. Thanks for any help. bev.pam@verizon.net
