This is the obit for Edward Shervey

Edward Shervey, 65, Shell Lake died Thursday, Oct. 1, 1981, at his home. He was born Dec. 26, 1915 in Rice Lake and was a Rice Lake High School graduate. He had also attended Northwestern University.
Mr. Shervey was married June 3, 1939 in Chicago to Margaret Walsh. He was a sales representative and general advertising manager for the Chicago branch of Fawcett Publications, Inc., for 40 years prior to retiring and moving to Shell Lake. He was a member of the Rice Lake Elks Lodge and an Army veteran of World War II.
Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Mrs. Patricia Geocaris, Green Bay and Mrs Jacalyn Arne, Albuquerque, NM; six grandchildren; one brother Dean Shervey, Rice Lake; and one sister, Mrs. Lucille Masterjohn, Spooner. He was preceded in death by a son William, in 1946 and a granddaughter Roseanne.
Services were held Sunday at the Bethany Lutheran Church with Rev. James Kasperson officiating. Burial was in the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Chicago.
