Can't help with the photo, but there was an obit found in the Green Bay Press Gazette 6 Jan 2010
and a listing in SSDI b.3 Aug 1916 d. 4 Jan 2010.
Parents Dr. Louis and Laura (Thiry) Halloin both born in Wi. but census further back shows his parents were from Belgium.
Survivors listed were sons, Anthony and John Di Frances and a brother, Samuel Halloin.
