NEENAH MAN,77, DIES FROM HEART DISEASE
Neenah- Arthur J. Harness,77, resident of Neenah and vicinity all his life, died at 5 o'clock this morning at his home, 406 Sherry street. Death was due to heart disease, following one day's illness.
Born Oct. 21, 1862, in the town of Neenah, he was engaged in farming until 1910 when he moved to Neenah. He was a member of the First Methodist church.
Survivors are the widow, a daughter, Mrs. Fred Nixon, two brothers, John and George Harness, and a sister, Mrs. Mary Merrill, all of Neenah.
Funeral services will be Friday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock at the residence and at 2 o'clock at the First Methodist church. The Rev. William A. Riggs will officiate. Services at the home will be private. Burial will be in Oak Hill cemetery.
Friends may call at the Pelton funeral home from 10:30 o'clock Thursday morning to 11 o'clock Friday morning.
