There are Wisconsin State Census records as well as Federal Census - you can order these on microfishe at any LDS records center. And you can search for on-line records at:

The former Hansen's Disease or "Leper" Colony was located on the Kalaupapa Peninsula on the Hawaiian Island of Molokai - here is a site with photos - I hiked down the mountain to visit the colony several years ago - it was well worth the trip.
