Shueyville is in Green County. I grew up there but in recent years it is not on any maps or shows up as part of the village of Clarno. It is at the intersection of County Trunk P and Shueyville Road near the present day village of Clarno in Clarno Township on the Richland Creek. Today there are only 5 houses still on the original plat for the town. In the 1800's there was a village there with several mills and a few more homes but the town never was completely developed because the railroad was built through Clarno less than 1/2 mile away. On the earliest plats of Clarno Township it was known as Shuey's Mills.
