Mrs. Charlotte
Fisher Dies
At St. Point

Mrs. Wilson J. Fisher, 83, died at
10 p. m. yesterday at St. Michael's
hospital, Stevens Point, where she
had been taken for treatment five
weeks ago.
Her death took place following an illness of
about a year, from a complication of diseases
incident to old age.
Surviving besides her husband, are two sons,
Dr. Ben B. Fisher, Wild Rose, and Arthur W. Fisher,
Talache, Idaho; two daughters, Mrs. Alice Ludwig,
Milwaukee, and Mrs. J.V. Berens, Stevens Point; eight
grandchildren and one great grandchildren. Two sons,
Robert L. and Warren G. Fisher preceded her in death.
Charlotte Ella Case was born April 19, 1846, the daughter
of Bigelow and Elvira Case who were pioneers of Wauwatosa Township, Milwaukee County having emmigrated from New England in 1836.
There she received her education and grew to womanhood,
marrying Rev. Wilson J. Fisher at West Allis on December 31, 1868. During the years that followed she spent with her husband the usual life of a Methodist Minister, being
transferred from place to place as designated by the annual conferences. On July 1, 1905, Rev. Fisher having retired from the ministry, they moved to the Oak Street home which they have since occupied. At the time of her death she was a member of the Methodist Church and of the Eastern Star.
Funeral services will be held from the home, 711 Oak St. at 2:30 P.M. Friday, Rev. Douglas O. Anderson, paster of the local Methodist church, officiating. Interment will be in Forest Hill Cemetery.

Note: the 1900 census said she had 6 children, 5 of whom were surviving, so it is likely Robert died before then. His brother Warren died in 1919, according to an entry at www.findagrave.com
I also found Wilson's obit from April 1935. It has a picture of him too. If you write to me at
widdis77777(at)hotmail.com I will send you the actual articles.
