I am trying to obtain a scanned picture of IRA WELBORN who lived in Greybull WY in at least 1966. From what I understand he was teaching English in Greybull and that he should have at least one photo in the school yearbook. I do not know at what level he taught.

Would the school or a local library have yearbooks? Or the alumni association? Thanks
