Bill Barlow's Budget:
12Feb1896 pg5: "A flying stick of timber hit Mr. Marshall in the stomach and ruptured a blood-vessel, neccessitating [sic] Dr. Jesurun's trip to the sawmill last week. It is believed his injuries are not serious"
19Feb1896 pg5: "The accident to Mr. C.B. Marshall, chronicled last week, resulted in his death. The remains were interred at the sawmill- it being impossible to get out owing to the deep snow. Deceased was 56 years of age, and a man universally esteemed and respected."
