Hi, If you want to check out Ancestry.com I do have a small family tree started for him, William Gillette Knox, son of Bessie Gillette Knox and Joseph Arthur Knox, lived in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Both his father and he worked on the railroad (from census records) and so he was often in Wyoming. I have included photos of sheepherder camps, as he also did that. He is not a relative, but I am searching for more info on his death, as he was important to my mother, who as a child, knew him as "Old Hobo Bill." He worked for her parents in the 1930's or '40s. He supposedly died in a gas stove explosion while living in town during the winter months after working sheep on a Wyoming ranch during the summer months. Died aroung 1952, but I cannot find where. Thanks for trying to help.
