Thank you for that info. Someone had passed that onto me quite some time ago but could not know for sure it was the person I was looking for. I have been trying to follow up with this convict and find out what happened to him so I could see if it is the same person from my tree. I did suspect they were the same as we cannot find a marriage for our Daniel, we know he came out to Aust very early so one would think he would be a convict and he may not have married as he already had a wife in his home country.
