Keith Murray married Dorothy Owen Fox at the All Saint’s Church, Gosnells, Perth, on 1 August 1916. He enlisted in Perth on 25 February 1916. He gave as his occupation ‘Divinity student’. Private Murray, 11th Bn. died of wounds at Villerette, France on 18 September 1918.

Murray stated on his enlistment papers he was 24 yrs 1 month old;his mother was 'Nellie', and he had been born in Sydney.
