Hi I'm trying to trace my Pigott ancestry, and have hit a brick wall with the Australian history.
My Great Grandfather, Joseph Augustine Pigott was born Sydney N.S.W. in 1886. I don't know what year he moved to the UK? 1911 UK census in Camberwell London. I don't know when he arrived, or who is parents were? Joseph married Amy Crowther in 1908 and had a number of children. My Grandfather Robert Frank Pigott b 1912.
Not even sure how to go about obtaining a birth cert, as all I've googled has come up blank.
