I am wondering if anyoe could advise me how I can trace what happened to my great uncle, the above named.
As he had served in the Australian Army during WW2, it appears that he was able to take up residence at some point in his old age in a War Veterans Home.
At the grand age of 89 he was residing in 1980 according to Australian Electoral Records, at : War Veterans Home, Narrabeen,Mackellar, Collaroy Plateau, NSW.
I don't know when he died. However I would be interested in contacting the Veterans Home or Society to see if they can provide me with any information. Sorry this is so long. Any help greatly appreciated.
