I went though my Pioneer Index and found there was a Mary E. FICHER (indexed as FICHER) registered 1871 MUDGEE Reg number 13414
No marriage or other births to that couple found.
There are a lot of births to Charles Benedict and Emily Caroline FISCHER nee USHER but that is obiously another family.
There was a Carl FISCHER / FISHER in MUDGEE in the early 1900s, perhaps you may be looking for variant spellings of FISHER.
