I have a copy of the death schedule for the above person. Phillip Died 4 june 1916 at 15 Calvin St Bendigo. He was an Engineer and was 46yo at the time of his death. He died of a) Lymphatic Leukemia for 6 months with heart failure. Attendending doctor was Gerald Walsh MB. He was 25yo when e married Marion May Smethurst. His father John was a miner.Mother Caroline Seeber. Children as best as I can read Phillip Ernest, William Luke, Harold, Albert 8yo, Stanley Lawrence 6yo He was buried on the 6th June 1916 at Bendigo Cemetary. He was born in Bendigo.
