His grandfather is Harold Alan BURKE son of Lydia Henrietta ??? who looks to be the same lass you are looking for.
This name was on his enlistment papers.
Harold's bth date is 2 Aug 1896 at Preston, Vic but I cannot find it yet and he changed his age to enlist, and marriage age was different. He lived in Broken Hill from 1936, is buried in Broken Hill.
