Im looking to find out any information on my grand father, I know he was born on 16 October 1918 at Lochwinnoch, Scotland. I know he migrated to Melbourne Australia when he was around 7 years old. All i know was His Mother Clara, Apparently there was a brother George Reid, Clare Reid and Betty Reid (as what I called them - not sure if that was their birth names or not).

I was told his birth father never came from Scotland, not sure what his name was and apparently there was another brother , Ive heard half brother called Scott?

My grand father married my grand mother Lillian Agnes Hanniver in 1945 and they had 4 children, one died at birth. Their names are Neville John (dec.) Barry James, Raymond Patrick and Craig Dallas.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, At this stage I dont even know what ship they came out on!
