SHEEP-STEALING CHARGE.
NEERIM SOUTH, Monday. - At the Neerim
South Court, Alfred Chanter Mitchell of Noojee
appeared before Mr. Down P. M. on a charge of
having stolen three sheep, the property of P. G.
Green of Noojee.
Constable Brown, of Noojee, and Purser, of
Neerim South, gave evidence of the finding of a
carcase and skin, which were subsequently identi-
fied by Green.
Defendant was commuted for trial at General
Sessions at Warragul on April 1.
