Venting here...
What the hell has happened with the Vic BDM site? I've forked out around $20.00 to access the new site and there isn't any facility for historical certificate access that I can see....tried links for old site, paid more for searches and then won't follow throw with purchases....although paid for the bloody searches... getting very frustrated here. Any suggestions?
