Finally found Margaret Martineau STRADLING in Lancaster in 1871 - she is with her mother's family, George BOWNESS:

George BOWNESS is a Watch jobber, Master, Employs 2 apprentices. Margaret BOWNESS is a dressmaker

In 1861, all 3 children are with the widowed mother - and daughter Agnes is a shoemaker - living North rd Lancaster

1861- Walter STRADLING is with parents Alexander STRADLING and Maria nee WARING. Alexander moved back to Devon and re-married in 1880 to Emma Towell HURFORD and in 1881 said he was collecting rents from cottages

by 1881, Dinah STRADLING had married John CHERRY ( in 1872, ) but was living with her widowed brother William, a master cabinet maker who employed 2 men a 1 boy, and his 2 children, Jane M aged 8 and Charlotte S aged 6. William had married Charlotte Snowden NOWELL 1871. Dinah was not with her husband, but empployed as a house servant.
By 1891, Dinah is a servant for the HAYES family in Manchester - still married, no husband.
In 1901 Dinah is a servant, living with Roger SAWYER, single, Station Master ( he died 1902 aged 51 in Omskirk). her niece Charlotte Snowden STRADLING is visiting, and ' living on own means'.
In 1911, Dinah says she is widowed and is now a servant for the MARRINER family...Dinah died 1916 aged 63 in Omskirk
