PROV is Public Records Ofice Victoria, any search engine should bring it up.
You need to open the site.
Look to the right hand side and select Online Indexes and Digitised Records, then select Victorian Wills, Probate and Administration Records 1841-1925 and then type name into search box, select result you wish to view and wait till the record loads, this takes some time due to the size of the will.
