I am looking for information regarding Walter KIRBY born 14 Feb 1875 in Middlesborough, Yorkshire, England and his wife Beatrice Emma ADAMS born 3 Feb 1880 but I don't know where. My information (which is not reliable) is that Walter died in Perth, Tasmania in 1955. However, knowing people's propensities for mistakes, I wonder if this shouldn't read Perth WA. A Walter Kirby appears on early voter registration lists there.

His wife died (but where is not known) in June of 1972. Walter last appears in England in the 1891 census. His wife may or may not have been English, and they may have married in Australia. They had five children: Dorothy, Harry, John, Mary (who apparently died in 1950), and Walter Junior.

I have lots of information on Walter's ancestors going back to 1700 which I'm more than happy to share. I'm trying to put together a family tree of all the descendants of Robert KIRBY (b 1700 in Huggate, Yorkshire) so would appreciate very much finding out about his Aussie descendants.
