My gg grandfather George Simpson was chainman to the surveyors John Oxley and George William Evans.

Apart from the book I am also building the family trees of those members who had children.
Evans, surveyor & explorer is one of these.
One of his descendants is Elizabeth Viti Giblin, a g g granddaughter, daughter of John Crosby Giblin and Nancy Weatherall, married a Lockington .
