Hi Terry, Iam kristy-lea daughter of linda and grand-daughter of james and daphne molloy. Most of the information on basil i have is from his war records. I cant work out what his real birth date is.Febuary seems to be the right month but am not sure. I know he had a son by the name of fredrick james william to his first wife edith. I know every where he has been but just not where he came from.On his death certificate it claims harold to be his father but am guessing thats not true.I know he had brothers and an aunty by the name of mrs steel with whom he lived with in australia before being married. i have no idea why he changed his name to robert to marry delia that just seems strange.I know he was born in New Zealand but iam curious to know why he moved to australia and when i know alot about his life in australia but nothing prior. Any information you have and are willing to share would be great.
